Hope all is well with you.

This is to let yo know that the LA Carnival Board has decided to change the date of the Los
Angeles Carnival Parade from October 17. The new date has not been totally settled but we
will inform you as as soon as it has been decided. I will copy DCA and the CD 11 Council
District as well.
